Contents of the Collection The Joe Aiken Films are comprised of six films shot, produced, or compiled by Joe Aiken of 20th Century Fox Studio, from approximately 1918-1947. The films contain a mix of newsreel footage, documentary footage of aircraft manufacturing, and flight footage. Air Show and Air Race Collection

Contents of the Collection The Air Show and Air Race Collection is a small collection pertaining to assorted historic air events. This is an artificial collection with materials gathered from a variety of sources.

The collection is primarily comprised of newspaper clippings and printed ephemera. Events documented include the Chicago International Air Show in Grant Park in 1911 and Rudolph's Flying Circus from 1984.

Cliff and Pam Bickford NASA and air show slides

Contents of the Collection The collection is comprised of approximately four hundred forty (440) slides relating to NASA recovery operations of Gemini and Apollo, as well as assorted air shows, circa 1960s-1990s. There is also one (1) black-and-white pencil lithograph of North American T-28 Trojan with USS Lexington markings signed by artist Don Kellams, undated.

Bruce Campbell Lear Fan Photographs

Contents of the Collection This small collection consists of 15 color snapshots taken by Bruce Campbell of the Lear Fan at a flight demonstration or show for the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) circa early 1980s. The photographs depict Lear Fans N626BL and N327ML on the ground and in the air. Moya Lear is in one photograph; other spectators are unidentified.

John Espy World War II Collection

Abstract Goodman L. Goodmanson (1886-1924) worked as a photographer for the Los Angeles Examiner during the 1910s. The collection is comprised of a photograph album containing sixty-three (63) black-and-white photographs depicting scenes from the Los Angeles International Air Meet of 1910 and a handwritten notecard presenting the album as a gift.

William S. Luckey Aviation Collection
